Staff mobility
Erasmus+ International Mobility provides opportunities for staff to teach or train in higher education institutions (HEI) all over the world. Higher education institution in a non-EU country can send its staff members to a partner HEI in a EU country under Key Action 1 Mobility of Individuals which involves:
- teaching periods – staff deliver teaching at another Higher Education Institution abroad
- training periods – staff undertake a training event.
At the Jan Kochanowski University incoming staff can spend 7 day teaching and/or training period excluding travel time. Academic teachers as part of their mobility must complete a minimum of 8 teaching hours per week.
